Hali at horse riding

Getting Hali involved in horse riding is one of the best decisions we've made here so far. I think it's really helped her adjust to being away from home and everyone she loves and gives her something to look forward to each week.  She has literally fallen in love with the horses and already runs around the stable taking care of all the horses acting like she's been doing it for years.  It's good because her lesson is only 30-45 minutes but we are at the stables for 2-3 hours because Hali is responsible for getting her horse ready to ride and then also cleaning him up and putting him back in the stable once she's done.  So it really has teached her a lot about the whole process. And now Nathan is doing lessons too- which he's ecstatic about and will be a true bonding experience for them two.  I may ride with them sometime, but I'm a bit of a spook and plus I take care of Siena while they ride.   But we all have fun at the barn on Saturday afternoons :). Sisi loves the horses too- she's in awe of them :)
